Request ListKit account deletion

Deleting your sign-in identity and removing your local library are separate actions.

Delete from ListKit

Open More → Account, sign in to the account you own, choose Delete Account and complete fresh confirmation with a linked sign-in method. Apple-linked accounts require an iOS device to revoke Apple authorization safely.

This removes your ListKit Firebase sign-in identity. It preserves local lists, templates and photos and does not delete your Google or Apple account.

Request without the app

Email support@kaiserworks.app with the subject “ListKit account deletion request”. Include your sign-in email or Apple relay address and sign-in method. Do not send passwords, tokens, private keys, list files or photos.

Email deletion request

This opens a draft in your email app. Review and send it to submit a request. If no app opens, send the message using your usual email service. Opening this page or draft does not submit a request or delete an account.

Account ownership must be verified before deletion. If you cannot access the sign-in address, explain that in your request and ask for a safe verification path. No account will be deleted solely on an unverified email match.

Data covered and data kept separately

The request concerns your ListKit Firebase authentication identity and associated account information. Provider security logs, backups and records required for legal or security obligations may have separate retention. No fixed completion or automatic purge period is promised. Support correspondence is retained as described in the privacy policy.

Kaiser Works cannot retrieve or remotely erase your local-only database. More → Reset All Local Data removes your local lists, items, personal templates, preferences, private background copies and temporary exports. It does not delete or sign you out of your Firebase account. Original photo-library images, device backups and previously shared files must be managed separately.
