Your lists live on your device.
No ListKit account. No cloud sync. No ads, purchases, remote analytics, or built-in crash reporting. ListKit does not automatically send your lists to Kaiser Works.
This describes the current Android and iOS app. Here is what happens to the information you use with it.
What we save, and why
A local database remembers your list names, item text, checkmarks, ordering, sorting preference, icons, colors, and appearance setting. Local record IDs and creation, update, and deletion times keep those records organized. They are not account or advertising IDs.
The short completion Undo timer lives only in memory. The app does not keep that timer after closing.
Sharing happens when you choose it
Share list opens your phone’s share sheet with the list title and every visible item, including checked items and their completion status. Choose a destination you trust. Its app or service handles the copy you send and may store it online.
This shares text. It does not give someone live access to your list, and it cannot restore your ListKit database.
Your phone may make backups
ListKit has no backup or sync service. Your operating system may include app data in device backups, depending on its settings and provider. Manage those copies through your device or backup service.
Deleting hides a record; it does not permanently erase it
Deleted lists and their contents stay in the local database. Restore lists in Settings → Recently deleted. Deleted item records also stay locally, but the app has no restore button for individual items. Nothing automatically empties this retained data.
There is no permanent erase button or full export/import feature yet. To remove local app data, use your phone’s app-storage controls where available, or uninstall. Uninstalling may remove local data. Backups and copies you shared can remain; manage them separately. There is no account to delete, and Kaiser Works cannot access or erase your local database for you.
Before removing app data, Share list can keep a readable text copy of each list you want. It is not a restorable backup.
Other services you choose
The app uses Expo and React Native libraries for local app functions. It has no configured ad, payment, authentication, analytics, or crash-reporting service collecting your list data.
Apple or Google handles app downloads and updates, and your operating system may handle diagnostics under its own settings. Opening a privacy link connects your browser to the website, whose host receives normal connection information such as an IP address. Your lists are not attached.
If you email support, we and the email providers receive your email address, message, and any attachments you send so we can help. ListKit does not automatically attach your data. Support mail is kept as needed for your request and applicable recordkeeping; contact us to request access, correction, or deletion.
You control what you put in a list
Your device’s operating system protects app-local storage. ListKit has no separate database encryption or app lock. Keep your device secure and check what you share. No storage or transmission method is perfectly secure.
We do not ask for your age or register accounts. If a child sends personal information to support, contact us so we can address it. Privacy rights vary by location; we can help with requests about information you sent us.
